Tasks, duties & Responsibilities:
1. Marketing & Communication materials
Traducere/adaptare/corectura din Engleza de contend specific activitatii (materiale promotionale, politici si procedure ale companiei, catalog produse, revista companiei, etichete/instructiuni produse etc.) ce urmeaza a fi folosit online sau ofline.
Creare content pentru materialele ce urmeaza a fi concepute in Romania.
Capacitatea de a se exprima concis, clar si simplu, capacitatea de a scoate in evidenta beneficiile, argumentele de vanzare, veleitati de copywriting
Managementul relatiei cu furnizorii de comunicare offline si online – printing house, DTP, comunicare online
Strategie distribuire materiale partenerilor din tara
Monitor corporate communications plan and strategy for uniformity in messaging including templates and logo usage, preparation DS info material for example mails
Colaborare cu art coordinatorul din echipei de marketing
2. Online marketing
Strategie comunicare FB, Insta, website/online store etc.
Content development
Corelare comunicare intre canale online sau/si ofline
Colaborare cu art coordinatorul din echipei de marketing
3. Managementul activitatii de customer service
Intelegerea modului in care compania interactioneaza cu partenerii sai MLM
Executarea strategiei de customer service a companiei
Propuneri de eficientizare a respectivei strategii
4. Organizare activitate de Training / Events (instruiri, conferinte, seminarii, intalniri)
Concept + alcatuire program
Contactare, negociere, organizare furnizori
Regie eveniment
Follow-up/raportare
Participare la toate evenimentele organizate de TIENS in Bucuresti sau in tara
Organizare conferinte Skype cu lideri sau alte persoane desemnate
5. Organizare participare la fairs and exhibitions
Identificare oportunitati de participare la targuri/seminarii./conferinte, in Bucuresti sau in tara
Managementul standului
Creare strategie pe prezentare si interactiune + elemente de follow-up
Propunere desemnare partener participant
6. Bugetare / raportare
Bugetarea si raportarea e implicita pentru oricare dintre activitatile de mai sus, sau orice alta noua activitate
Alcatuire raportare interna si regionala
5. Special projects
- special competition
- charity – love day
- special decorations
- preparation & print order forms / registration
Other:
Provide support for special projects and management support on operational matters
Further banking requirements that may be needed and all other duties and projects as required
Assist with inventory, shipments and any other function that may be required at the office
Any multidisciplinary tasks according to demand and qualification
Requirements:
Min 5 years’ experience in another multinational company is a must
Experience in another MLM company on a similar position will be appreciated
Fluency in native language, very good command in English
Open personality, adaptive to different cultural environments
First-rate presentation and communication skills, including conflict management
Excellent negotiation and organizational skills
PC proficient, especially in the use of the MS-Office package
