The Order no. 936/448/2016 on the amendment and addition to the Classification of Occupations in Romania - level of occupation (six characters), approved by means of the Order of the Minister of Labour, Family and Social Protection and of the President of the National Institute of Statistics no. 1.832/856/2011, was published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 421 of 3rd June 2016.

The Order brings amendments and additions to the Classification of Occupations in Romania – level of occupation (six characters) with new occupations practised within the national economy.

1. v The ”Quality management system manager” occupation is moved from the Basic group 3257 ”Inspectors in the environmental protection and in the occupational health field”, assimilated to the Basic group 2421 ”Management and organisation analysts“, and will have the code 242114.
2. v The ”Maritime electro-technical officer” occupation is cancelled, COR code 315105.
3. v The ”Maritime engineering officer” occupation is cancelled, COR code 315106.
4. v The ”Maritime deck officer” occupation is cancelled, COR code 315211.
